The 2 story Craftsmen Style Cottage originally built in 1914 has been lovingly restored.
The 4 bed 4 bath cottage layout is as follows:
UPSTAIRS:
3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with washer dryer
- master with king bed and en suite bath with walk in shower
- queen room with en suite bath and walk in shower
- king room with a twin trundle bed and separate bath with tub.
DOWNSTAIRS:
- queen sofa sleeper bedroom -office-playroom with tv
- separate bath with a tub and stackable washer and dryer
- kitchen, dining, living room and game table
The second cottage is located directly behind the house. It has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk in shower.
There is a half bath in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper.
- Our Wadsworth Cottages are one and a half blocks to the Pismo Beach stairs and boardwalk. It is a double lot with the house and a separate guest cottage.

The house sleeps 9 and the cottage sleeps 4 accommodating
a total of 13 in beds. Cottage and house rent separately.
The large patio is perfect for kids to play ball, corn hole or ride scooters.
